By establishing a network socket, accessing the user interface, submitting textual or multimodal prompts, or utilizing any API associated with VantYx AI Core (accessible via vantyx-ai.vercel.app or authorized subdomains), you unreservedly enter into a legally binding digital contract with the platform creator and system architect, Salman Jackson.

If you do not unconditionally consent to each condition set forth in this document, your authorization to interface with this system is immediately revoked, and you must terminate your transmission.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY TRADE SECRETS

The entirety of the VantYx AI Core framework—including but not limited to bespoke system prompts (SALMAN_BRAIN), neural routing algorithms, heuristic trapdoors, multi-key rotation pools, autonomous firewall mechanisms, and visual user interfaces—represents the exclusive intellectual property and proprietary trade secrets of Salman Jackson.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to query the model for ethical and commercial productivity. No portion of the codebase, system prompts, or underlying heuristics may be copied, mirrored, scraped, deconstructed, or redistributed without prior written consent.

6. COMMERCIAL SERVICES & ESCROW ENGAGEMENTS (FIVERR)

VantYx AI Core functions simultaneously as an enterprise demonstration engine and autonomous liaison for Salman Jackson's professional freelance services.

Formal commercial development—including custom multi-modal AI chatbots, automated sales funnels, high-conversion landing engines, and Server-Side Meta Ads CAPI tracking—is transacted under full milestone escrow through official channels on Fiverr (@salmanjackson) or verified corporate agreements dispatched via the official Contact & Transmission Portal.

7. AI OUTPUT DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Outputs generated by VantYx AI Core are synthesized utilizing advanced large language models. While calibrated for maximum strategic and technical precision, all responses are delivered strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.

Under no circumstances shall Salman Jackson be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from synthetic hallucinations, code compilation variances, commercial business decisions, or temporary upstream network desynchronizations.

8. USER DATA, LOGGING & DIGITAL AUDIT TRAIL
